Our delicious honey varies with the seasons starting in the Spring with Blossom Honey where the bees gather nectar and pollen from our garden and the surrounding area here in Royal Deeside beside the River Dee.

In May we move some of our hives to the bright yellow Oilseed Rape Fields where the bees help the farmers pollinate and work really hard to produce this unique white "creamy" honey which we blend carefully with a little of the previous years Heather Honey to a taste to die for, mild but naturally buzzing.

In July/August our delicious Scottish Bell Heather Honey from the rolling romantic hills in Ballater, Deeside near the homes of the Royal family is the next to BEE made . Our bees love this purple bell shaped heather which produces a unique taste and taken by us straight from the honeycomb to every jar it’ll leave you naturally buzzing🐝💛

September brings the last honey of the season but the one that everyone wants to help support them through the winter months and that is Ling Heather Honey, a very fine flower for which the bees need to work very hard to get into to create this delicious honey and one which the beekeeper has to work hard to extract by using an agitator machine. This puts the price up slightly but you will agree it is worth it!

Portugese Rosemary and Orange Blossom Honey, after visiting the Algarve area of Portugal in 2019 and tasting these delicious citrus honey's from the BEEautiful orange groves we just had to take some home to share it with our customers.

Our Jams and Chutneys are made using our Home Grown fruit and vegetable from our garden at Bridge Cottage
